Backpack was Designed Well for Photographers
I have many smaller backpacks and I like them for various reasons, but I don’t have any medium to larger sized packs that even come close to this one. It is by far one the most comfortable packs for me and has so many features that I absolutely love. I should start by stating that I’m 5’8” tall and female. I would consider myself narrow framed, but muscular from years of farm work. Often, backpacks will ride on the balls of my shoulders and eventually cut in. I did not find that with this pack and the ability to adjust is excellent. Additionally, having the chest strap and waste strap allows me to alternate the weight as I hike by loosening and tightening these straps therefore reducing stress points. I can literally wear this for hours without fatigue and that’s a big deal for me. I often hike mountains for shots and hiking up and down trails makes you realize the importance of being able to easily adjust your pack strapping (and therefore the way you are carrying the weight) for various terrain. One other huge adjustment for me is the lumbar padding. I was able to move this upward to fit my back frame more comfortably.

Physically, the pack is made well. All the stitching is secure. The pack seems rugged and durable. I really like the look of the pack. I got the khaki color and it doesn’t show the dirt as much as a dark color would (nothing stays clean in the environments I go into). Everything works well (zippers, clips, cinching belts, etc.) and the strapping is very secure. The metal hardware is excellent quality and is used in all the locations where hardware typically fails. It is clear that this bag was manufactured by a team that knows the struggles of being a photographer in rough terrain.

In addition to the ability to adjust the pack, there are quite a few features I really like that are more specific to photographers. First, on both of the shoulder straps, there are zippered pouches. I found these good for extra cards, batteries and lens cleaning wipes. There are also all kinds of straps and buckles to place action cameras on your pack if you want to film your adventure. The waist pack has two zippered areas for more camera gear and I used one for snacks, too. The side has areas for tripods and I also used one of the side pockets to carry one of my water bottles, bear spray, and a flashlight. I was able to carabiner clip other small items to the front straps, too.

The top has a secured zipper section good for carrying a small monitor, audio gear, action camera stuff, or even a small light. When it gets colder, I’ll probably stuff extra socks, shirt, and gloves in there, too. There are two zippered areas there for more gear, as well. The main body is fully accessible from the back (behind the back padding) and can be completely removed if you want to pack it cube style in a suitcase or use it in another bag. The main compartment is well padded and has a separate zippered shell to go around it which I believe is water resistant. Although not needed to use with the backpack, I do wish there was a way to have a padded cover that could be added to this cube in case you wanted to use it in another way. For example, to use it in a suitcase. That way you wouldn’t have to worry about gear getting crushed from the top. However, this is probably a big ask and not really part of using it with the backpack shell. It is really cool that it is removable basically converting the backpack from photography use to more of a general pack use. This main pack is accessible by a side panel in the backpack. This I did find a little odd as you have two zippers to get to your gear (one on the pack and one on the removable cube). I don’t really use my backpacks this way, but I could see it being a little cumbersome for those that like the quick access. I was able to get two DSLR bodies, multiple lenses, filters, and action cameras and accessories into the cube body. It’s really a great size.

Inside the back section is also a space for a small laptop or tablet. There are also specific pockets for storing filters. The filter pockets are just thin fabric and will hold most filters, however, if you have a protective cover for your filters, they may not fit. Many of my filters are 77mm and my filter covers are too large to fit the pockets and I was not comfortable just placing the filter in them without protection. Alternatively, the pockets are great for cards or batteries. The back also has a “cargo net” where I keep a sweatshirt and extra shoes.

There are two handles on the backpack – one at the top and one center back. They are really rugged, but not padded sufficiently to carry the pack by them long distance. There is also a raincoat for the backpack. It fits like a glove. The only negative is if you have something like shoes in the “cargo net” area. It will not cover if you have too much stuffed in there. One other negative is during really warm days, the back soft frame can be warm, but I have not found a backpack that isn’t.

I absolutely love this backpack. I’ve been able to use it multiple times since receiving it and I expect it to be with me for a long time. I would definitely recommend it.

 Beast of a camera bag
This camera bag is big, bulky, very well made, water resistant, and feels like it’s built for the outdoors. It has so many different compartments along the straps the sides of the bag the top of the bag the back of the bag someone put a lot of thought into this bag. I would say the only frustrating thing is that there’s a lot of straps and stuff going on in the back and that’s where you have access to open and close the main compartment for your camera equipment. I feel like on one hand this is better for security when you’re wearing the bag, but on the other hand, it just makes it more of a nuisance when trying to access your stuff.

Very hiking/trekking oriented. I's are dotted, T's are crossed, very considerate.
Extremely impressive bag that has a lot of small details on it that makes it stand out. It's a very hiking/trekking oriented bag by design, including adding a safety whistle to the top clip and also two waist pouches for snacks or small accessories.

The material that makes up the bag is water proof and that synthetic poly fiber stuff that isn't my favorite but works well in inclement weather conditions. It feels smooth and leathery in a fake way, and I prefer texture and more canvas feel. The sewing is great, and the quality of the zippers it top notch. The bag is very considerately designed with lots of pockets and small areas within pockets to put things like memory cards, batteries, and more. It has a top area that's big enough to hold some clothing, and also a back area that would hold a jacket or a blanket well.

Despite being a bigger bag, it has a medium size holding area for lenses/cameras. You can probably carry a 70-200 lens, and 2 camera bodies with lenses, but it's not exactly big enough for monster telephotos or two cameras, telephoto, and a drone or something. It will carry something like a DJI MIni, the controller, a camera and 2 lenses just fine though.

It comes with a convenient battery case that's Velcro mounted and Velcro flapped that's really nice. The straps are very comfortable and very adjustable, and there's a little pouch on each strap big enough to hold a granola or protein bar. There's also water bottle hooks on each strap.

I've found with over 20 years of photography that camera bags are one of those things you can keep buying trying to find the perfect one. For a lot of people, mostly those that do outdoor activities, I can confidently say this would be a end game bag. It's really smartly designed. The only reason I wouldn't consider it is if you need a lot more space, which I would consider the large one for, or if you really have more money to burn and want to get something like a Thinktank bag.

High-end camera bag
I'm absolutely thrilled with this top-of-the-line backpack.
Everything, absolutely everything, is beautifully finished, well-designed, and of exceptional quality.
From the first glance, it makes a strong impression. The padding is thick and plush, there are pockets everywhere, the zippers are incredibly sturdy, and the straps are easily adjustable.

As is often the case these days, there's a top compartment that can hold a drone, or in my case, small action cameras.
Below that is the main compartment, which can be customized with Velcro dividers. This compartment is easily accessible from the back of the bag, but also from the side, allowing you to quickly access your camera without having to take the bag off your back. The hip belt includes a fanny pack, and you can, of course, attach a tripod to the side. Rain covers are included, and so on. It's truly an ultra-complete bag: lightweight, durable, and stylish.

Of course, there's the significant price tag, but I find it entirely justified for a professional or enthusiast who wants to treat themselves.

Well done, KF!

The key word: modularity. A high-quality backpack.
This is my first experience with K&F Concept, and I must say this backpack is truly spacious and well-designed, designed for those who need to carry all their photography gear but don't want to sacrifice the convenience of having everything neatly organized in one bag.

The interior is spacious and easily organized thanks to the modular dividers, ideal for cameras, lenses, drones, and accessories: in my case, I packed a Mavic Mini Combo, a DJI Gimbal, a Nikon DSLR, and a Fuji instant camera with film... and there was still room!

It's convenient to keep personal items separate in the top compartment and smaller items in the side compartment, which also has a Velcro pouch (suitable for SD cards, film, and small items). The large pockets on the waist belt and shoulder straps are equally convenient.

The construction is solid, with durable materials and details designed for field use, such as the quick-access side zipper and integrated rain cover. The many internal pockets and laptop compartment are also very useful. It's easy to carry even when fully loaded thanks to the wide shoulder straps, breathable back panel, and adjustable lumbar belt. The many accessories, useful for internal organization, are appreciated.

The weight isn't negligible, but that's the price you pay for the materials used. It's fair to say.

Right now, this is the biggest and most complete backpack I own for photography/videography.

I love this design; K&F never ceases to amaze me. I also own other backpacks from brands like PeakDesign, Manfrotto, Thule, and LowePro. It's large; I highly doubt it's 30L. Next to the 30L ProLight in the photo, you can see the difference.
It's a rigid backpack, which I really like, as I don't want things to get squashed against each other. Internally, it has a structure that keeps it rigid, but the entire interior compartment is like a removable rigid "drawer," transforming the backpack into a hiking pack, for example. The lining is definitely waterproof; that's obvious. This coating is ideal for wiping it down with a damp cloth and cleaning it in one go. It has good adjustments, including a shoulder strap on the back and a top "man-down" style handle, like military-style ones.

It has good adjustments and a shoulder strap on the back, as well as a top "man-down" style handle, similar to military backpacks. The back panel has an ergonomic and well-ventilated design, and the lumbar support is fantastic.

Large bag of stunning size and quality
This is a large, spacious bag of impeccable quality with plenty of storage options. In khaki, it's particularly striking. The manufacturer's packaging is also very well done, with a particularly sturdy cardboard box.

 Large good quality camera bag
PROS: this backpack is very nice quality, its heavily padded(back and straps)and is comfortable to wear even when full. It has moveable velcro inserts and many different pockets to storage lots of camera gear(ex. Full frame Camera, lens, memrory cards, batteries etc). I like that it comes with a waterproof bag cover as well

CONS: It is quite expensive, its a lot bigger in person then it appeared online, and its confusing to use(also opens from the side), so many straps and buckles and details, with poor instructions included.

Overall I would recommend this product to others

Uncomfortable and zippers are hard to use
I wanted to love this backpack because it seems very well thought out with lots of clips and clasps everywhere to make it very versatile and functional, but I used it on a recent trip and it was very uncomfortable. It holds a pretty good amount of gear. The style looks super cool, but if you are traveling with it, it feels very heavy and straining on your back. The size is pretty big and an empty backpack feels like it weighs 5 pounds. I think this is because the material is very thick and waterproof, but this also means the thick and heavy fabric makes it hard to open and close the zippers so you dread having to open any zippers. The fabric is also very stiff. It is very good at keeping rain out and all the seams and padding seems very high-quality and well, sewn I just have to take off one star because it is not a comfortable backpack to wear. Also, there are lots of straps dangling all over. If you are looking for something that can withstand the elements, but don’t mind a sore back, then this backpack will work. Also, there are some small little pockets on the straps and sides that I never ended up using because the fabric is so stiff and the pockets are small. It’s hard to fit more than just maybe some batteries.

Everything you could want in a hiking photography pack
K&F never fails to impress with the thought and design that goes into their gadgets and accessories. I also have quite a few of the filters. But this bag is just at a different level. I have a Tortuga Outbreaker and I always thought that was the most comfortable bag I've ever had, but this one is even more comfortable. Especially the way the pads are situated against my back. You can actually feel the air exchange. And even fully loaded at about 23 lbs of gear, it does not get hot on my back and it really doesn't feel heavy. The load lifters and belt hit at just the right spot. I like the belt pockets. Great for one 77mm filter each. The side access is really handy and the zipper is really smooth. So it is pretty easy to open it with one hand and pull my camera with my other hand.

Some other touches that are just great. The removable camera cube is a great feature because it keeps the shape of the bag when it is in, but it is also a nice thing I can set out and use for a stationary shoot location. I also like the tripod holder. It feels secure and it is quick to deploy. The top compartment is large enough for a single change of clothes and maybe a snack. I had to find a spot for my water in the camera cube. So the rest of my kit is a Lumix S5iiX in a black mamba cage, usually with a 24-105mm f4, along with my 50mm and 85mm, a wireless mic kit, Insta360 X5 and a small kit of accessories with it. Some other cleaning stuff, and the filter pack. Everything fits really well.

I love this bag and I always get compliments when I have it on. It's got to be the best camera bag of this size that I've ever had and I just can't think of any way that it could be improved. I do think that if I ever traveled for a length of time with it I would have probably rather had the 40l.
